We accept cash and most credit cards (not AmEx). If paying with cash, please note that our delivery personal don´t carry change. Payment is due at time of set up. Due to the number of returned checks we no longer accept checks as a form of payment.
We can only set up on grass.
Please do not remove any of our yard signs from the ground, including our advertising sign. We will charge an additional fee if any of our yard signs are damaged. If need to make changes, please have your set-up personal make those changes while setting-up.
Do not attach any balloons, other signs or any objects to our yard signs.
If you need to rent our signs for more than 24 hours, please call our office and get the second day at 50% off.
We will call you the day before or the day of your event with an ETA (we sometimes have to arrive early to get all of the signs set-up but we do not charge for the extra time)
Please call as early as possible if you need to cancel for weather or any other reason. Once we´ve set up, we do not give refunds for any reason including weather. Please see the FAQ and Policies pages on our web site.
If your event will be at a park. Please let us know. Also, make sure you have a permission from the city to allow the set-up of our yard signs.
We will take pictures of our yard sign display after set-up, and we may use the photos on our website and social media. If you do not wish for the pictures to be taken, please notify us or your delivery personal.
Rent Yard Cards will not be responsible or liable for any damage or injury that maybe caused by the yard sign display.
If this is a surprise for someone, Please notify a resident in the household of our arrival.
We will not display any mean, racially or inappropriate signs.
